Magic Pass

Gstaad

The Film

Magic Pass Gstaad is a branded content film set in the Swiss Alps, following two skiers through a winter day in the legendary ski region of Gstaad. From carving wide alpine slopes to pausing for a traditional fondue, the film captures the simple pleasures that define a perfect ski day in Switzerland.

As the sun begins to set over the peaks, the atmosphere shifts into a warm après-ski moment shared high above the valley. The film blends scenic landscapes, authentic moments, and the timeless charm of the Gstaad region to celebrate the diversity of experiences that make this ski destination unique.

A branded content piece that lets the place speak for itself, building emotional connection with audiences through atmosphere rather than product messaging.

Production

Magic Pass Gstaad was directed by Samuel Laprand for SUPERNOVA. Filming in Gstaad meant working with the unpredictable conditions of high-altitude winter shoots, balancing skier choreography, natural light, and the changing weather of the Bernese Oberland.

The film is part of a series Samuel Laprand director for Magic Pass, alongside the Magic Pass Meiringen film. Together, the two pieces show how branded content can carry a single brand message across multiple destinations while keeping each location’s identity distinct.
