La Panthère is a narrative music film created for artist Nausicaa. Set in a mysterious nocturnal world where shadows and light collide, the film explores feminine awakening through the symbolic presence of a black panther. Blending poetry, sensual imagery, and dreamlike tableaux, the story moves between reality and imagination, revealing an intimate journey of self-discovery.
A visual piece that treats the music video format as a short narrative film, where atmosphere and symbolism carry the story rather than literal performance.
La Panthère was directed and photographed by Pierre Daendliker, produced by Focusline Production with Samuel Laprand serving as producer.
Pierre Daendliker handled both direction and cinematography on this project, giving the film a unified visual signature built on contrast between shadow and light. Producing a piece this stylised meant coordinating night photography, choreographed movement, and a dreamlike staging that demanded precision behind the camera.
La Panthère is part of an ongoing creative collaboration between Pierre Daendliker and Focusline Production, alongside the Swift Guad film Chemin de croix. Both projects share the same visual language: night-driven, atmospheric, and built on the tension between performance and narrative.
